Confirmation of booking<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Your<\/span>booking confirmation is valid once paid the down payment, i.e. the<\/span> 25<\/span>% of of total accommodation cost.<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Note:<\/span> <\/strong>
i) Confirmation of any availability by Big Blue Studios for a date does not imply that the reservation has been made and is valid.
For any reservation to be considered valid and final, it must be accompanied by an advance payment of 25% of the total cost of accommodation.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

In the Expense Indicator<\/strong> field there is the following possibility regarding the charge of expenses:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Expenses at the expense of the principal (DEBT\/OUR):<\/strong> The principal is charged with the amount of the order plus commissions both in favor of E.T.E. and in favor of the paying Bank. The beneficiary receives the entire amount of the order.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>ii) The advance payment must be sent by fax or e-mail no later than the deadline given to you by Big Blue Studios.<\/p>\n

iii) Proof of deposit of the deposit must also be forwarded to Big Blue Studios, either by fax or e-mail.<\/p>\n

In case of cancellation of personal reservations, refunds are only made in the following cases:<\/p>\n

Full refund of deposit<\/em><\/strong> – When notification of cancellation to Big Blue Studios is made up to 30 days before the date of arrival<\/span><\/em>.<\/p>\n

i) To 100% \u03c4\u03b7\u03c2 \u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03ba\u03b1\u03c4\u03b1\u03b2\u03bf\u03bb\u03ae\u03c2 \u03b5\u03c0\u03b9\u03c3\u03c4\u03c1\u03ad\u03c6\u03b5\u03c4\u03b1\u03b9
ii) Notification of cancellation is made via fax or e-mail.<\/p>\n

50% Cancellation Fee:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

There is a charge of 50% of the deposit<\/strong>\u00a0– When\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/span>\u00a0the notification of cancellation at Big Blue Studios is made from 21 days up to 30 days before the date of arrival.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n

i) 50% of the deposit is returned
ii) Notification of cancellation is made via fax or e-mail.<\/p>\n

There is a charge of 100% of the down payment<\/strong>\u00a0– When <\/span><\/em><\/span> the notification of cancellation to Big Blue Studios is done up to 20 days before the date of arrival.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
